Cambria  Benchmark Chardonnay

The Benchbreak Chardonnay opens with lively fruit and oak spice aromas. Citrus, pineapple, white peach and apple flavors cary through the mid-palate and into the fresh, clean finish.

Fresh Spring Rolls with Dipping Sauce

Spring rolls are surprisingly easy to make at home, and their refreshing flavors of cucumber, mint, basil cilantro and the brininess from the shrimp make it an effortless pairing with our Benchbreak Chardonnay

Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rose

For many, this estate needs no introduction. Often referred to as the Grand Cru of the Midi (South of France), the Mas de Daumas is located in the majestic Gassac River Valley and the estate benefits from the cool microclimate and several natural springs (from which the Guibert family drinks), plus the protective influence of the nearby mountains. The soil that dominates the valley is a rare powder-fine glacial soil, which is strikingly similar to that found in the prime areas of Burgundy, a combination of characteristics is unique in Southern France.

Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rose is a must-have for your next cookout (or pizza)!  Made from equal parts Syrah and Carignan, this medium-bodied and versatile Languedoc rose will stand up to lots of summer fare.  And it is fine by itself – a very floral and mineral nose (with hints of strawberries!)  results from chalky clay soil with limestone and quartz chips, and from five to six months maturation in stainless steel tanks.  Perfect for the dog days of August.
