Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rose

For many, this estate needs no introduction. Often referred to as the Grand Cru of the Midi (South of France), the Mas de Daumas is located in the majestic Gassac River Valley and the estate benefits from the cool microclimate and several natural springs (from which the Guibert family drinks), plus the protective influence of the nearby mountains. The soil that dominates the valley is a rare powder-fine glacial soil, which is strikingly similar to that found in the prime areas of Burgundy, a combination of characteristics is unique in Southern France.

Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rose is a must-have for your next cookout (or pizza)!  Made from equal parts Syrah and Carignan, this medium-bodied and versatile Languedoc rose will stand up to lots of summer fare.  And it is fine by itself – a very floral and mineral nose (with hints of strawberries!)  results from chalky clay soil with limestone and quartz chips, and from five to six months maturation in stainless steel tanks.  Perfect for the dog days of August.

Gosset Champagne

Aromas of pear and honeysuckle perfume the bouquet. This is a beautifully balanced champagne with a long, expressive finish.

Gosset only uses juice from the first and best pressing of grapes, and unlike most other producers, initial fermentation is still carried out in small oak barrels. Riddling and disgorgement are performed by hand. Significantly, and in contrast to virtually all other houses, Gosset Champagnes do not undergo a malolactic fermentation, resulting in a heightened acidity, slower maturing wines and that inimitable Gosset style – powerful and full-bodied, of unrivaled richness and staying power – in other words, some of the world’s most legendary Champagne

This one is near and dear to our hearts. Brewmaster Jeremy Kosmicki wanted to make the birthday of his little sister, Liz, a special one. So he did what he does best and brewed a stout using a few of her favorite ingredients: fresh Michigan blueberries, rich chocolate and vanilla aged in bourbon barrels to round out those beautiful flavors. Liz was floored and we think you will be too.

Deep black color with a thick dark caramel head.

Intense fruity flavor with lots of blueberries, bourbon, cocoa, dark fruits, vanilla beans, licorice, roasted malts, cola.

Full body with perfect carbonation. Stick feeling. Alcohol of 10.5% abv
